All planning applications relating to the area administered by PTC are considered by the Highways, Traffic and Planning Committee.
Members of the public may attend these meetings. There is a public participation session when you may speak only when invited to do so by the Chairman. Should you have a question for the Members please contact the Clerk at least 48 hours before the meeting to let her know the subject of your question.
