TOBY EVANS

Toby has been visiting family in Petworth for almost 20 years and made the move permanent when he and his wife, Charlotte, bought a house in 2022.

Toby is an experienced and passionate financial real estate professional who co-founded his own firm in 2017.  A large part of his role involves working with a diverse range of stakeholders and service providers, financial/cashflow analysis, due diligence and feasibility studies to try and add and enhance value.

He is keen to get involved representing our amazing community and ensuring Petworth continues to be a wonderful place to live, work and visit.

He hopes he can utilize some of his experience to help generate and pursue ideas and initiatives to further enhance Petworth’s charm, community, and offering
