Thanks to the fabulous effort of our In Bloom volunteers and the support of the Petworth community, se have been awarded another fantastic GOLD for this year’s entry.
In addition to this Petworth has come FIRST in the “Small towns” category as judged by The Royal Horticultural Society. This is an amazing accolade as it means we now hold the top position for floral displays, horticultural projects, environmental and community achievements in the whole of the South and South East of England.
Petworth Town Council offer a huge thank you to every person who had contributed in any way at all. It would not be possible without all those extra helping hands. Particular thanks to Ricia Hewlett, Charlotte Hamilton, Jean Orrow and Maggie South for your amazing effort with the town’s planting and horticulture. Petworth really has bloomed once again this year!
